A HELPING HAND
Let’s work it out.
Need help with Daylik, have an idea, or want to ask about the upcoming release? Write to us.
Daylik is coming soon to iPhone. Download and subscription links will appear when the app is available.
Help us understand the problem
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Daylik version, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help, but remove any private family information first. Never send us passwords or Apple verification codes.
Signing in and connecting a child
The parent uses Sign in with Apple. To reconnect an existing family, use the same Apple Account. A child’s phone joins with an invitation from the parent device. Invitations work once and expire after 10 minutes.
Account and data deletion
On the parent device, open Family → Account and data → Delete account and family, then confirm with Apple. If you cannot access the app, email us with “Daylik account deletion” in the subject. We will verify ownership before acting. Do not include your child’s photos or a password in the request.
Deleting the app does not delete a cloud account. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription. See our privacy policy for details.
Subscriptions and refunds
Once subscriptions are available, manage or cancel them in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Purchases and refund decisions are handled by Apple. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem page for purchase support.
